Charles Nielsen is a member of the Manasquan High School Class of 1932 — one of the very first graduating classes after MHS opened at its current site in 1931. His athletic excellence during the school's formative years made him a foundational figure in Warriors sports history.

Nielsen's accomplishments as one of Manasquan's earliest athletic standouts earned him induction into the MHS Athletic Hall of Fame in 2012, more than 80 years after his graduation.
