Connie Kordulak

Connie Kordulak devoted her life to athletics, education, and the development of young athletes. Her connection to Manasquan High School spans decades as both a student-athlete and coach.

As a student, Kordulak competed in field hockey, basketball, and softball. Despite missing much of her freshman field hockey season due to injury, she went on to become a four-year varsity athlete and earned recognition for her skill, versatility, and competitive spirit. She played a key role in several successful teams while helping establish opportunities for female athletes during a period of significant growth in girls' sports.

Following her playing career, Kordulak returned to Manasquan as an educator and coach. She coached field hockey at multiple levels, including junior varsity and varsity, helping develop a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence. Her teams emphasized fundamentals, discipline, and commitment while creating lasting memories and traditions for student-athletes.

She also spent 26 years coaching softball, serving as an assistant coach and mentor to generations of players. Her influence extended far beyond wins and losses, as she worked tirelessly to help young athletes develop confidence, leadership skills, and lifelong friendships.

Kordulak's impact on Manasquan athletics can be measured not only by championships and accomplishments, but by the countless lives she influenced through her dedication to students and sports.
