Darren Kennedy made history at Manasquan High School by becoming the first player from MHS to win the Kerwin Award, one of the most prestigious honors in New Jersey high school basketball. His scoring ability was exceptional, as he accumulated 1,259 career points while earning All-State and All-Shore recognition.


Kennedy's combination of scoring, leadership, and individual honors made him one of the most celebrated basketball players in Manasquan history. His legacy as the first Kerwin Award winner from MHS ensures his place among the all-time greats of the program.
