Jeff Poland

Jeff Poland was the premier swimmer in the Shore Conference during his time at Manasquan High School, winning three consecutive Shore Conference Championships in both the 200 freestyle and 500 freestyle events. His consistency and dominance in the pool earned him All-State recognition.

Poland's achievements attracted the attention of Division I programs, and he earned a full athletic scholarship to Clemson University, where he continued to compete at the highest level of collegiate swimming.
