Kaysonne Anderson put together one of the greatest single seasons by a running back in Manasquan High School history. In 2002, he set a school record with 2,329 rushing yards and 29 touchdowns in a season, also setting marks for most 200-yard games in a season and career (7) and most carries in a season (338). He became one of only four 2,000-yard rushers in the entire history of the Shore Conference.
Anderson swept the major individual honors that season: 1st Team All State from the Star-Ledger, 1st Team All Shore Conference and 1st Team All Monmouth County from the Asbury Park Press, Liberty Division Offensive Player of the Year, Monmouth County Offensive Player of the Year, and Shore Conference Offensive Player of the Year — a clean sweep of every regional offensive award available.
In track and field, Anderson competed in the Penn Relays for three consecutive years and won the 4×100 relay at the Long Branch Relays. His combination of football dominance and track speed made him one of the most gifted athletes in Warriors history.

2,329 rushing yards and 29 TDs in 2002 — a school record and one of four 2,000-yard rushers in Shore history.
