Laura Chowansky was one of the most accomplished three-sport athletes in Manasquan High School history, earning 10 varsity letters and winning championships in Field Hockey, Softball, and Basketball.

In field hockey (1998), she was part of a team that swept three titles — Shore Conference Class C South, Shore Conference Tournament, and CJ Group II — while earning 2nd Team All State, 1st Team All State Group II, 1st Team All Shore, and 1st Team All Monmouth County honors. She also received the Monmouth County Field Hockey Academic Honor Award that year.

In softball (1999), Chowansky helped the Warriors win three more championships — Shore Conference Class B South, Lady Buc, and CJ Group II — and was named Offensive MVP of the Lady Buc Tournament. She earned 2nd Team All State Group II, 1st Team All Monmouth County, and 3rd Team All Shore recognition, along with the Monmouth County Sportsmanship Award.

Rounding out her career, she was part of the 1999 Basketball Class B South Co-Championship team. Her combination of athletic excellence, academic achievement, and sportsmanship across three sports made her one of the most complete Warriors in school history.
