Megan Crotty Rende was one of the finest tennis players in Manasquan High School history, compiling a career singles record of 84-13 while earning Asbury Park Press All Shore recognition in each of her four varsity seasons.

Her 1995 season was among the most remarkable in MHS tennis history: she served as team captain, earned 1st Team All Shore and Star-Ledger 3rd Team All-State honors, and led the Warriors to an undefeated 27-0 state championship season while winning the Shore Conference and Central Jersey Group II Championships.

Rende repeated as team captain and 1st Team All Shore in 1996, with MHS again capturing the Shore Conference and CJ Group II titles. She was a three-year varsity basketball player as well, exemplifying the multi-sport Warrior tradition.

84-13 career record, two All-Shore honors, and an undefeated state title in 1995.
