Michaela Mabrey

Michaela Mabrey stands at the pinnacle of Manasquan High School basketball history. During her career, she scored 2,123 points while averaging 22.4 points, 4.9 assists, and 8.2 rebounds per game. She led the Shore Conference in scoring as both a sophomore and a junior.

Her senior season in 2012 was historic: she led MHS to the NJSIAA Group III State Championship with a 32-2 record and a Tournament of Champions title, earning a national ranking of #17 in the USA Today Super 25 Poll. She was named the 2012 Gatorade New Jersey Player of the Year — the highest individual honor in NJ high school athletics — and earned McDonald's and Women's Basketball Coaches Association High School All-American honors.

Mabrey capped her prep career as a Gold Medalist with the 2012 USA Basketball Under 18 National Team at the FIBA Americas U18 Championship in Gurabo, Puerto Rico. She was named Player of the Year by the Star-Ledger, MSG Varsity, Asbury Park Press, and The Coast Star, and was nationally ranked by Blue Star Basketball, ESPN HoopGurtz, and multiple other recruiting services.
