Ronald "Doc" Nine

2012

Administration

Ronald 'Doc' Nine is honored as a service inductee in the Manasquan High School Athletic Hall of Fame. His tenure at MHS spanned 33 years, from 1955 to 1988, during which he dedicated himself to the school's students and athletes across multiple generations.

Nine's impact on Manasquan athletics was so lasting that legendary football coach Vic Kubu — himself a Hall of Fame inductee — established the 'Doc Nine Scholarship' in his honor. The scholarship is awarded annually to a deserving male and a female Manasquan student-athlete, ensuring that Doc Nine's name and legacy continue to inspire Warriors long after his retirement.

His induction into the MHS Athletic Hall of Fame in 2012 recognized a career of quiet, consistent dedication — the kind that builds programs and shapes lives without seeking individual recognition.
